Christopher has been a highly skilled Chocolatier for 18 years. He started his career in Cornwall and has taken his love of chocolate to North Somerset where he has set up his own business.

His passion and love of all things chocolate has encouraged his family to share and assist in the development of his business, making it a truly family affair.

 

His speciality is creating and crafting his delicious handmade truffles.

All chocolate is tempered by hand and there is no machinery involved in the creation of his luxury Belgian chocolates.
